What we collect and why

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your telephone number, preferred viewing date and message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry about property A3694 and to arrange a viewing.
• Campaign information: if you arrived from an advertisement, the form also sends the campaign codes in the page address (for example Google Ads click identifiers and UTM parameters) so we can see which advertisement led to your enquiry.
• WhatsApp: if you contact Peter on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you send the form, and steps taken at your request before a possible purchase (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) UK/EU GDPR). Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept while we deal with your enquiry and for up to [24 months] afterwards, unless a purchase or other legal obligation requires longer, after which it is deleted.

Who receives it

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Service providers process it on our behalf under contract: our website host and form processing (Cloudflare), our email delivery provider [Resend], and, if you accept cookies, Google (Analytics and Ads). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@peterjacobsenpremiumestates.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
